Custom curtain manufacturing, step by step
Our custom curtain manufacturing process combines measurements, fabrics, mechanisms and finishes. We organize the work into five stages, from selecting materials to preparing and dispatching the finished order.
Material selection
We select fabrics, profiles, mechanisms and components from local and international suppliers. Materials are chosen according to the curtain type, system characteristics and the needs of each order.
Made-to-measure configuration
We define measurements, curtain type, fabric, manual or motorized operation and finishes. Each configuration responds to the space and the requirements of the project.
In-house manufacturing with precision technology
We manufacture and assemble our curtains in-house with specialized staff and advanced equipment, including XY cutting systems, laser cutting and welding machines. This gives us greater precision, consistent finishes and faster production times.
Quality control
Before dispatch, we check measurements, operation, finishes and presentation to verify that each curtain matches the configuration defined for the order.
Strategic location, in-house logistics and shipping
Our factory is located in Barracas, Buenos Aires, a strategic location that lets us quickly coordinate orders with freight companies and dispatch points. We prepare and protect each order and have our own transport to speed up transfers and coordinate shipping throughout Argentina.
